Great to be in Iowa with a great farm family, the John Preussners, April 10, 2010 Being with John, Julie and their super kids, Will, Ellie, and Luke this week in Manchester-Dundee, Iowa was an honor. Julie is home schooling three of the finest young people Mary Beth and I have ever met. John and his family have been major Iowa farmers for years. Great family!

Springfield Missouri May 14th Springfield Exposition Center, Phillips 2012 Announcement

May 14th we were hosted by Springfield Missouri at an event featured in the Springfield Exposition Center involving some 2,000 people. Our press conference with reporters and some 300 interested attendees went from 3:00-3:45 p.m. Both myself as a candidate and my wife Mary Beth answered questions from reporters and others. The evning was culminated at 7:15 with a large God and Country Concert. I was asked to address the audience as a GOP Presidential candidate in the 2012 elections. Well known vocalists Gary McSpadden, Gary Penrod and Jason Crab were an inspiration to us as we kicked off our campaign in Missouri. The evening was a great success.
