A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN MANIFESTO

OUR CONSERVATIVE VALUES ARE STILL NEEDED TODAY, WORDS OF A COMMITTED REPUBLICAN This nation we call America was born in the midst of adversity. The search for freedom motivated its founders to establish a Bill of Rights and a Constitution that remains a marvel of the world. This land is a beautiful and varied space that features mountains, sea coasts, grasslands, prairies and some of the earth’s most esthetic benefits. Its people often give unselfishly to meet the needs of others at home and abroad in times of crisis. Some citizens give anonymously and like the unknown soldiers of the nation are often unidentifiable. America is a land of many faiths with guaranteed freedoms granted to all under its Constitution. We live in a land where dreams and hard work can produce, and foster new jobs for its residents. • America has given much to other nations and their families. Any future serious candidate for the presidency should welcome the opportunity to repay this country with sacrificial service through,  Restoring the founders vision of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to all living in this great republic, communicating to all its citizens that work is still valued and rewarded in America,  Creating and restoring many of the jobs lost in recent years to the nation and its workers, to those desiring work,  Providing to all who live in this country respect for law, crime free streets, safe schools, parks, cities and towns that serve as beacons of hope and a bright future for others,  Restoring lower corporate and personal taxes, eliminating unnecessary regulations and loopholes for residents while fostering a government which is limited in size, and control over the rights of all Americans,  Freedom for citizens to work, play, and live in security, protected from international and domestic threats of terrorism, and fanatical rogue nations, through a strong military defense, • What should be the goals for America? As a nation we need to actively promote the promise of a better day for all our citizens. Any parent wants their children to experience the American dream of a good job, home. and better world,  Freedom to achieve and realize personal aspirations through work and perseverance,  A government that promotes the constitutional freedoms of all its citizens by removing unnecessary roadblocks to personal and financial achievement through excessive regulation and growth in government size,  A new commitment to American leadership and prominence in the world’s affairs,  A nation that keeps its word to those countries committed to helping all citizens to achieve prosperity and freedoms based on democratic ideals,  A nation that supports and honors its military in protecting and defending the nation from international terrorism and threats,  A nation that’s supports and encourages entrepreneurs, small and large businesses, through lower taxes, free enterprise incentives and the creation at home of millions of new jobs in future years,  A nation which promotes patriotism through community service, pride, personal sacrifice and strong support of individual effort on a daily basis to experience the American dream,  A nation where all workers retain more of their pay and savings as government taxes and debt are reduced and the budget is balanced,  An America that guarantees the right of individuals to practice their own religious faith and beliefs to flourish,  A nation which advocates life, encourages traditional ethical values and advocates free speech,  A legal immigration policy that rewards new comers to the American dream, This is an era that is witnessing the advocacy of many Republican voices, some of whom want the party to adopt a far more liberal stance while abrogating long held conservative values. I disagree with that supposition, believing instead that it is time for Republicans to renew their position on fundamental conservative freedoms and values that build honor, truth, trust, and success, in all Americans.
