USA Today 9.23 Terrorist held without bail, alert issued

Najibullah Zazi, is being held, in Denver, under the new guidelines of the present administration. This could be the worst case scenario unfolding before our eyes. Assuming he has planned this terrorist event and knows the players and details, he will not be questioned under duress and possibly water boarded to get information which could save thousands of lives. Viewing a war on killers as a legal exercise with neat little rules being applied to safe guard their rights, is unbelievable. The last administration lived in reality. This one has yet to understand the war on "terrorism," and those of our fellows Americans at risk!!! They are incompetent.
