By focusing on the judge's obvious support of judicial activism, the Senator cut through her fogged rhetoric which attempted merely to evade or degrade questions of merit. Yet, her judicial decisions highlighted by the Senator demonstrated that she failed to meet the litmus test of constitutionality. Kudos to Senator Jeff Sessions from an Illinois voter!"
